KATHY THOMSON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
As our Executive Director, Kathy oversees all of the day-to-day operations for both CCDS and Quantum. She has been an integral part of this organization since 1972 starting out at a Case Manager and working throughout the years in the children’s program, the business office and most recently she served as the VP of Services. She has seen many changes take place within our organization and has worked over the years to implement new programs, undergo a key shift in funding, Medicaid audits, and DOL audits, as well as obtain national accreditation for our organization. She holds a BS in Social Work from Armstrong Atlantic State University and in her spare time, she enjoys antique shopping, spending time with her family and traveling.

WANDA W. BOHNSTEDT
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Wanda currently oversees the business operations of Quantum. When she first began her career at CCDS in 1990, she was the Supervisor of the Children’s First Program for children with developmental disabilities. Over the past 19 years, she has worked in both Case Management and Community Employment. She participates in many committees such as the Quality Improvement Program, CARF, and serves as the facilitator for the Business Advisory Council. Wanda holds a BA in Education from the University of South Carolina and outside of the office she enjoys playing tennis and spending time on the water.

VENNICE EDWARDS
QUANTUM PRINTING SUPERVISOR
Vennice has worked in Quantum Printing for over 15 years. She is always spreading the word about Quantum Printing’s services and capabilities and has seen tremendous growth over the years in clientele. She is a member of the Risk Management Team at CCDS.

DEMETRIA MULDROW
QUANTUM CATERING MANAGER
Demetria recently switched positions from a Job Coach in Quantum Assembly to managing Quantum Catering because of her experience in the restaurant business growing up. She has been an asset to our growing businesses since July 2004. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and traveling.

CAROLYN PRYOR
QUANTUM ASSEMBLY MANAGER
Since 1998, Carolyn has been a steadfast pillar in the success of the ever-growing packaging and assembly plant in Quantum by starting out as a Job Coach. Prior to her tenure at Quantum and CCDS, Carolyn spent 25 years at Hermitage Enterprises in Virginia working with people with disabilities. In her free time, she enjoys playing softball and baking, and plays an active role within her church community.

LORETTA FUNK
QUANTUM ASSEMBLY CONTRACT MANAGER Loretta has been a part of the Quantum and CCDS team since 2003 and has truly been a team player, wearing many different hats over the years. She has held positions such as food services/Quantum Catering manager, administrative assistant to the VP of Operations, lawn services manager, instructor and driver. Loretta holds an Associates Degree in Mental Health Technology from Purdue University in Fort Wayne, IN. Outside of the office, Loretta enjoys reading and spending time on the computer.

LETTE WALSH
QUANTUM SPECIALIZED ASSEMBLY SUPERVISOR Lette has been a long-standing employee of CCDS, beginning her career in 1974 as a Teacher’s Aide. She currently manages the Specialized Assembly section of Quantum Assembly and has managed Quantum’s wiring contract with Gulfstream Aerospace for over 25 years. Lette holds a BA in Psychology and AS in Mental Health Work from Armstrong Atlantic State University.
