Quantum, Inc., a local non-profit subsidiary employing adults with developmental disabilities, increases in-house production for new customer Dicon Technologies. Since late August, Quantum Assembly, one of the three businesses operated under Quantum, Inc., has been working with Dicon Technologies to package facial sponges for Sally Beauty Supply stores across the nation.
